What is a legal guarantee?

As a consumer you are entitled to a legal guarantee. This means that our digital services and products conform with the contract and the reasonable expectations of our users. The legal guarantee period starts as of the time the service is provided or the product is delivered and remains in effect during the entire subscription period.
